Shipping & Return Policy

We apologize but we cannot accept for return clothing items that have been opened or are otherwise not in their sealed, original packaging

Exclusions may apply. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original box and include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. If you are purchasing shoes we recommend you try them on in a carpeted area to avoid scuffs.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt by us, via the same method of payment as the original order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pole Zone covers return shipping for orders over $50 or if the product arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend that you use return shipping service that offers package tracking. If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Pole Zone will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home.

To return items:

Step 1 - Obtain a Return Authorization Number

To begin the return process, please fill out the form at https://pole.zone/sales/guest/form/ or contact us at 1-888-435-6005 to obtain an RMA number and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.

Step 2 - Prepare Package

The item should be returned in the manufacturer's box with all accessories along with a printout of the return authorization. Please use the original shipping box. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur damage or a restocking fee. PLEASE WRITE YOUR RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX.

Step 3 - Attach Return Label

Remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you use a shipping service which offers package tracking.

Step 4 - Ship It

Drop the package off with your carrier. If you received a pre-paid USPS label you may drop the package off at any Post Office or with an postal carrier.

How will I know if you've received my return? 

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within two business days.
